How does it work?

We train our eScouts in the basics of counseling and in the use of Webex, ILIAS and lecture tools. After this one-and-a-half-day basic training, they can officially call themselves eScouts and receive the official ILIAS badge so that they can be easily identified and contacted.

Requests from lecturers end up in the eScouts' pool of experts. The eScouts then assign themselves to the enquirers and get in touch with them. Throughout the entire process, the eScouts work closely with the staff of the NFL department at TIK.

eScouts receive regular individual and group supervision to further develop their counseling skills.
